Any discounts for veterans or fleet maintenance?
Equipping your whole fleet? Ask about our discounts on bulk orders, fleet repair and maintenance accounts. Bring your Military ID and Swanks and Sons is proud to support veterans and the military 5% off.

Nearly every day, drivers want the awesome LEDs and shifter kits near the waiting area. We love them, too! Depending on what’s scheduled for the day, we may not have time to add two or three extra jobs on your truck.
It sucks, and we sincerely value your business, but extras may need to be scheduled for the next time you pass through the ‘Ville. We know how truckers can get caught between shipper schedules and HOS regulations, and the shop has similar issues with only so many work hours to handle everyone on the schedule. Let us know when you’ll be back in town, and we’ll find the next available opening.

What types of payment are accepted?
We accept Discover, Visa, Mastercard, business checks (not personal checks), ESS checks (NOT Comdata), and cash. The main exception: we do not accept American Express. No business owner should have to make time for unlimited disputes.
Credit card fee: There’s a 3% credit card fee for charges over $500.
Do you offer a warranty or return policy?
Many products come with a limited, manufacturer warranty included. For additional peace of mind, we offer upgraded 1-, 2-, and 3-year warranties you can choose to buy on top of the manufacturer’s warranty.
In rare cases like lights failing because of manufacturer defects, we can help you take advantage of warranties and get those replaced. We cannot accept returns on custom work.
Do you have a waiting area?
Our lobby has all the essential amenities: Wi-Fi, TV, phone charging station, microwave, and fridge. There’s even a knife-sharpening setup because repeat customers know to expect a little extra at Swanks and Sons.
Right near Exit 117 on I-65, we’ve got more than a dozen restaurants within walking distance.
When should I pay?
We require 50% deposit in advance. Final payment is due before your truck leaves the shop. Some drivers need to leave before the final adjustments and add-ons are completed, and we’ll work to accommodate your schedule, but 100% payment is due before departure.
